Role Description: TRUCKSMART is seeking qualified Auto Electricians, Mechanical Engineering Technicians, and Diesel Mechanics to perform repairs, services, and fault diagnoses on heavy vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Repair and Maintenance: Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks on heavy vehicles, ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
2. Fault Diagnosis: Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and technical faults in heavy vehicles using diagnostic tools and software.
3. Parts Replacement: Replace faulty parts, components, and systems in heavy vehicles with genuine parts, ensuring optimal functionality.
4. Routine Servicing: Perform routine servicing and inspections on heavy vehicles to ensure performance, reliability, and safety.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and parts used, adhering to company protocols and regulatory requirements.
6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining repair processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, including technicians, mechanics, and support staff, to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Suitable certification or relevant experience
2. At least two years of experience in a similar environment.

1. Auto Electrician: Qualified Auto Electrician with expertise in heavy vehicle electrical systems, diagnostics, and repairs.
2. Mechanical Engineering Technician: Qualified Mechanical Engineering Technician with expertise in mechanical repairs, servicing, and fault diagnosis.
3. Diesel Mechanic: Skilled Diesel Mechanic with expertise in diesel engines, fuel systems, and hydraulic systems.
4. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using diagnostic tools, software, and equipment relevant to heavy vehicle repair and maintenance.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in heavy vehicles.
