Chef’s Responsibilities: 
Food preparation, presentation and service; 
Planning menu, preparing food items and introducing dishes in consultation with the Head Chef. 
Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen preparations. 
Ensuring consistently high standards of food presentation and quality are maintained. 
Prepare food to meet special dietary requirements 
Regulate cooking temperatures using of ovens, grills, fryers and other cooking equipment. 
Check food is stored and handled as per food health and hygiene regulations. 
Stock checking, including ordering, accepting food deliveries and ensuring the safe storage of products. 
Contributing to menu design. 
Contribute to junior staff training. 
Skills and Experience Required: 
Preferably 1 years + of relevant work experience. 
Associate’s degree, diploma, or certification in relevant Hospitality qualification. 
Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices. 
Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities. 
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
