KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform routine vehicle maintenance and servicing to ensure peak operational efficiency.
Diagnose and repair a broad range of vehicle issues, including engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension systems.
Specialize in areas such as brakes, suspension, ADAS calibration, general servicing, wheel alignment, air conditioning regas & degas, and installation of 4x4 accessories.
Use the latest diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electronic problems accurately.
Provide expert advice on vehicle suspension needs, tailored to different vehicle types from conventional road cars to light commercial vans and utes.
Maintain accurate records of each repair, service, and maintenance activity.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry advancements and technology.
REQUIREMENTS:
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residenst are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Certificate IV in Automotive
At least 2 years of experience in automotive mechanics, including direct experience with various types of vehicles such as everyday cars, performance vehicles, and 4x4s.
Extensive knowledge of vehicle systems and mechanics.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to provide clear explanations and advice to customers.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer service.
