A great opportunity for a Payroll Team Leader to gain exposure in the healthcare industry in this 12-month fixed-term role. Collaborate closely with the Payroll Manager to manage the payroll function. Responsibilities include overseeing pay run processing, lodging statutory returns, administering salary packaging, and ensuring timely payment of superannuation and taxes. Always maintain strict adherence to internal controls and processes. Additionally, drive process improvements and propose strategies to streamline and enhance the payroll workflow, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Accountabilities
Processing I-MED payroll and managing employee files: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for I-MED employees, ensuring all employee records are up-to-date and properly maintained.
Delivering high-level customer service: Provide exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders, addressing payroll-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
