The role:
As a Senior Occupational Therapist focusing on paediatric care, you will deliver tailored assessments using a range of tools and approaches, ensuring child-focused, person-centred plans. You will design therapy interventions that align with each childs aspirations, emphasizing skill development, environmental adaptations, and strategies to foster participation and independence. Your proactive approach will also involve guiding decisions on assistive technologies and daily living aids as needed.
