Guide clients through the regulatory landscape for property development.
Draft and negotiate planning agreements, submissions, permits, and other legal documents.
What you'll need to succeed
Have a commercial-minded focus on outcomes.
Be admitted to practice in Victoria.
Have in-depth knowledge of the Victorian planning system and relevant legislation.
Possess strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Have at least 5+ years PQE in planning and property development law.
