About the role
We have two exciting Full time Payroll Coordinator roles available with one coordinator for Australia and the other covering both Australia and New Zealand. You will provide high quality, accurate and timely payroll services to the I-MED network employees, managers and the business overall, ensuring compliance, a focus on efficiency and the provision of excellent customer service, to promote and enhance engagement and satisfaction across the business.
Key Accountabilities
Processing of Employee Payroll ? Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages and other remuneration to all staff and doctors.
Management of Employee Payroll Files ? Maintain the accuracy of the employee payroll files, in accordance with company policies and procedures, including ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality requirements.
Delivery of high-level customer service ? Respond to enquiries from staff, doctors and managers regarding payroll-related matters
