This is an excellent role for someone who has worked in property administration/marketing and is looking for something a bit different. This role will see you working in the marketing division, working closely with the commercial sales team, coordinating, maintaining and assisting them with their CRM database Agent Box. There will be a real variety of duties designed to assist the sales team to utilise their contact lists to full capacity. You will have a true love for database management and you will be THE go to person who will work very closely with the commercial sales and leasing team to utilise this technology.
Database support for sales team of 12 agents
Management of database consisting of approx. 40,000 contacts
Working in partnership with Marketing Manager to implement new email marketing platform - previous experience advantageous
Quality control of contact information
