Our client is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects and services to their clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our clients dynamic team. Role and Responsibilities:



Provide administrative support to project managers and team members
Assist in the preparation and updating of project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project teams
Maintain project records, files, and databases
Track project progress and ensure timelines are met
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather information
Assist in the preparation of project presentations and proposals
Support special projects and assignments as needed
