As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be implementing effective talent acquisition programs; attraction, marketing, advertising, recruitment & selection process whilst supporting Council with the design, development, delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement effective talent acquisition programs ie. Attraction, marketing, advertising, recruitment and selection process and policies.
Monitor the process of all talent recruitment activities to ensure compliance with relevant legislative, Award and policy guidelines
Administering of Council recruitment process from end to end for all positions utilising related e-recruitment functionality (request documentation/advertising/coordinate of pre-employment medicals/writing letters of appointment).
