Position Description
We are seeking a dedicated Software Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role you will be responsible for the following:
• Building high-quality, scalable, performant, and securable software applications
• Writing well-defined, commented, maintainable and testable code
• Working with team members and communicate clearly and regularly to design and develop software applications
• Testing, troubleshoot and clearly define problems and provide recommended software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimisation
• Working with team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing
• Developing strategies to enhance system performance and impact availability
• Collaborating with subject matter experts, business analysts, other developers and UI designers to create a high-quality user experience
About You
To be successful in obtaining this role, you will have:
• Proven experience as a Software Developer (at least 2 years).
• Bachelor Degree or higher in a relevant ICT based field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage time effectively
• User Experience (UX) Awareness
Salary
If successful, you will be paid a salary between $75,000 to $85,000 per annum.
