- Assist the development & execution of integrated marketing campaigns to deliver against the Marketing & Business objectives
- Ideate new acquisition opportunities to test & scale with the assistance of the wider internal teams
- Manage digital activity within the respective platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn Ads Manger, Digital Partnerships and others
- Assist in management of digital partnerships (paid links, eDM’s, content)
- Utilise internal analytics (Google Analytics / Salesforce) tools to identify key areas of opportunity across the acquisition portfolio
- Drive digital integration across all marketing activities including reporting & optimisation
- Provide ongoing support of national advertising media plans across offline & online media
- Work closely with state based Marketing Managers to support regional marketing programs delivering state & regional acquisition targets
- Budget management, including budgeting, requisitioning & invoicing
- Ensure brand consistency, integrity & a consistent approach across all marketing communications
- Ensure all marketing meets legal, statutory, internal audit & compliance standards
- Develop & maintain strong working relationships with key internal interfaces, marketing suppliers, agencies, media partners
- Assist in reporting Performance outcomes to the Strategic Acquisitions Lead for circulation to the wider company.
