This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Sous Chef at the Springfield Tavern!

What you’ll do:

  • Run the pass during busy service times to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of dishes to surpass guest expectations 
  • Support the Head Chef with menu planning, inventory management and food preparation
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environment 
  • Create and manage staff rosters 
  • Manage food safety and ensure adherence to compliance and safety standards
