Our Operational Design, Control and Resilience (ODCR) team is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Controls who will be responsible for advising Wholesale Banking & Group Treasury in the identification and management of non-financial risk (operational, regulatory and compliance risks) in line with the Risk Appetite Statement, policies and regulatory obligations.
You will act as executive level adviser to Ops Resilience Lead with a focus on Wholesale Bank & Group Treasury teams in the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of non-financial risks including development and maintenance of the business risk profile and assessment of Risk in Change.
You?ll thrive in this role if you enjoy facilitating and driving activities to identify, assess, understand and maintain business risk profile, working with business units to resolve problems and enjoy variety in your day to day!
