Executive Assistant Sydney CBD 2000 Permanent Role - Full Time (Monday - Friday) Salary: Up to $110k + Super Hybrid
Cox Purtell is currently working with a prestigious not for profit organisation who are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide efficient and responsive administrative, organisational, and logistical support to one of their Directors.

In this role you'll be representing the Director in various forums and therefore, it's imperative that you have exceptional communication skills and are impeccably professionally presented due to the nature of the role and industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate extensive diary management efficiently and effectively and produce a daily folder with appointments and necessary paperwork.
Triage incoming requests & information via phone & email and refer, action or follow-up as required.
Coordinate Director's required professional activities incl. weekly reports/emails; reports for Council and numerous presentations and other speeches.
Deliver accurate and timely reports and documentation as required.
Oversee and coordinate bookings, venue set up and catering requirements for all events related to the Director.
Take meeting minutes on a regular basis, providing executive summaries where required.
Make travel arrangements, including organising of domestic and international conferences.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Government Departments.
Action invoicing and reimbursements in an efficient and professional manner.
Essential Competencies:
Demonstrable experience in an Executive Assistant/PA role supporting a Senior Executive in a highly pressurised environment.
Impeccable communication skills - prior experience in legal or similar field would be highly regarded
Demonstrable experience in an industry that reuqires tact, judgment and discretion in handling internal and external contacts (preferably in a legal, corporate or political environment).
Advanced administrative skills - including fast & accurate typing.
Ability to plan, manage, prioritise and organise self and others to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
Ability to meet strict deadlines whilst handling a busy workload and prioritising multiple tasks.
