Your new role
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage all staff and processes on site, you will be required to coach & develop the team into a high performance unit. The core responsibility will be to ensure all KPI's for the distrubution centre are set and maintained. The areas of focus will be performance management, training, cost control/budget, work health & safety.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications in Warehousing , Logistics or Business is preferred but not essential.
Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in warehousing operations
Ability to work without supervision, and analyse and solve problems in a high-volume work environment
Strong customer service
Ability to drive a strong workplace culture and apply a hands-on approach to leadership
