THE ROLE
Play a key role in coordinating, inspecting & monitoring our access systems across the ACT & Southern NSW.
Monitor daily progress and implement strategies to ensure productivity, safety and quality targets are met across all sites.
Problem solve technical access issues for site teams
Develop team members in the areas of compliance, quality, safety and productivity
Conduct site inspections and measures
Ensure all access systems are installed in accordance with engineered design
Conduct regular inspections of access systems to ensure compliance is maintained
Schedule labour teams based on project deadlines and company requirements in coordination with project team
Develop relevant content and deliver toolbox meetings and staff training sessions to upskill site teams regarding access systems
