We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team!
Oriental Merchant is an established importer/distributor of Asian food products on a global scale. We are looking for our next team member to join our team at the warehouse based in Laverton, VIC!
This is a part-time, permanent position.
Shift times
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 9:00am - 3:00pm (Days can be flexible upon agreement with your manager)
Daily duties for Receptionist:
1) Carrying out the day to day duties of front desk reception.
2) Greeting visitors at reception area, referring them to appropriate department or directly visitors to their destinations.
3) Monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
4) Sorting and handling incoming and outgoing mail via Australia Post and courier companies.
5) Refilling tea/coffee/sugar/milk in the staff lunchroom, attending to guests with tea/coffee.
