Our client NDISP Pty Ltd as trustee for NDISP Trust in Brisbane QLD is looking for full-time Accountant to manage and oversee all of their internal accounting needs for their growing business.
Position overview:
We are looking for someone who will effectively manage and oversee all our internal accounting needs and help take us to the next level!
Qualifications / Experience required:
Ideally you will hold a related bachelor’s degree or higher qualification AND at least three years of experience.
Responsibilities include the following:
• Coordinate the implementation/update and monitoring of accounting and financial data systems for relevant clients;
• Manage all accounting transactions for relevant clients;
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Prepare and publish financial statements
• Undertake monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns as directed
• Undertake the preparation of financial statements and reports - balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, profit and loss, etc
• Maintain and reconcile records: accounts payable and receivable, payroll, profit and loss, tax, and asset records
• Assist with annual financial audit
• Determine and monitor financial plans/strategies
• Forecast finances
• Provide financial insights
• Develop broad knowledge of policies and principles related to finance and their impact on the organisation
Salary on offer for the role is between $73,150 to $85,000 depending upon experience.
