Colosseum Italian Street Food & Catering is looking for an experienced Full-time Pastry Cook (at least 38 hours per week) to join the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Take charge of ingredient selection for our gelato, cakes, and other sweet products.
• Assume responsibility for the daily production of a diverse array of desserts, semi freddo, cannoli, ice creams, waffles, cakes, and more
• Monitor the product quality at various stages throughout the production process.
• Devise new recipes to bring innovation to our offerings.
• Create imaginative decorations for cakes, ice creams, and other items.
• Ensure the maintenance of daily hygiene standards.
• Operate a variety of tools, mixers and machinery effectively
• Assist in training staff
Skills and Experience:
• Previous work experience of at least 1 years as a Pastrycook
• Be creative and have a genuine interest in the field
• Be able to work independently and be well organized
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic

Salary $70,000 – $75,000 per year
