Smoque Brasserie is now urgently looking for a Full-Time Restaurant Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
In This role, you will undertake a variety of tasks, including but not limited to
• Collaborating with our Chefs to craft innovative menu that align with the essence of our restaurant.
• Managing the restaurant’s operations smoothly, including organizing and overseeing events and functions such as Engagement party, baby shower and regional food and wine festivals.
• Managing budgets carefully, including the procurement and pricing of goods in an efficient manner.
• Monitoring inventory closely and keeping precise records of stock transactions.
• Handling all financial transactions and ensuring daily reconciliation of accounts.
• Guaranteeing the restaurant’s operation is both profitable and compliant with safety regulations.
• Upholding strict Health and Safety Standards.
• Prioritizing customer satisfaction and enhancing the dining experience.
• Hiring new team members as needed.
• Training and managing staff to uphold our standard of customer service.
A successful candidate will need to have: -
• A Diploma or Associate Degree in Hospitality / Restaurant Management with Minimum of one year of experience.
• At least one year’s relevant experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills to interact with other team members.
• Possession of a current Responsible Service of Alcohol ( RSA) certificate.
• An understanding of food costings and business management
• A positive and professional demeanour
Working hours: 38 hours per week
