• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and schedule the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, fostering a positive, collaborative environment. Conduct regular training to uphold service quality, safety, and operational consistency.
• Menu & Beverage Oversight: Collaborate closely with the head chef to curate an appealing menu that reflects seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Review and adjust menu pricing to align with food costs and market trends.
• Operational Efficiency & Cleanliness: Regularly inspect the restaurant to ensure it meets cleanliness, order, and ambiance standards. Implement systems to manage daily logistics efficiently, from table setup to service flow.
• Marketing & Promotions: Develop and execute promotional strategies to attract new guests and retain loyal customers, including special events, seasonal offers, and social media engagement to enhance the restaurant’s visibility.
• Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, place orders for food, beverages, and supplies, and work with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Implement inventory control measures to reduce waste.

• Must be living in Australia with an easy reach to North Sydney
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a comparable role within food and beverage services.
