Details: The People Cases team are responsible for the employee relations, HR business partnering, injury management and injury prevention functions. The team is responsible for providing solutions focused complex HR advice and support to business units across JACS through the delivery of reactive and proactive business partnering.
As a subject matter expert, you will manage a small team who work across the employee relations and injury management portfolios.
The Senior Director, People Cases will be responsible for leading the team to enable positive outcomes for the Directorate as it relates to managing workplace behaviours, misconduct matters, workplace grievances and specialist advice as it relates to employment frameworks.
