Sugar Australia has an exciting opportunity for a Commodity Analyst to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity, based at our Yarraville, VIC head office. Reporting to the Commodity Manager, this role will play a crucial part in supporting the trading and price risk management of raw and refined sugar for our business operations across Australia and New Zealand.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Providing daily price quotes to the Refined Sales Teams to support customer orders and fill requirements.
Managing customer orders and executing orders in the market.
Supporting NY11 sugar and FX hedging activities to manage exposure.
Preparing and delivering market reports on sugar and FX trends for internal and external stakeholders.
