About the Role : Our client, a leader in advanced satellite technology, is seeking a Maintenance Field Service Representative (FSR) to join their team in Wagga Wagga. This position is essential to maintaining and servicing a sophisticated satellite ground station that supports critical government operations. The FSR will collaborate closely with the Site Manager, maintenance team, and program partners to ensure optimal performance, safety, and client satisfaction. This role involves overseeing corrective and preventative maintenance activities, implementing service improvement initiatives, and upholding the highest standards of quality for our government client.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the main point of contact for the government client, providing timely resolutions for maintenance issues and ensuring a positive client experience.
Advise on and coordinate preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
