Our valued State Government client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their multi-channel contact centre project team.
This team has been established to deliver a number of initiatives to drive the Queensland Governments service delivery agenda.
About the role
The Principal Business Analyst will ensure that the Contact Centres systems are properly designed, configured, developed, documented, implemented, integrated, and enhanced, to meet business requirements and underpin high-quality service provision.
This position will provide business analysis expertise to solve complex problems and consult and advise key stakeholders to ensure that the systems are effectively aligned to operational and strategic requirements. The role will work with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges and will lead the analysis and documentation of business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
