We are currently seeking an experienced Workforce Planner Manager to join our energetic, fast paced and highly motivated team. About the role: Perth based at our Rivervale office, this position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and challenging projects. Were looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments; theres always something happening at Breight Group. You take pride in delivering work to the highest standard, with excellent time management and teamwork skills and have the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Oversee the allocation of resources including personnel, vehicles and equipment for shutdown and project works
Maintaining schedules, personnel rosters and crew database
Manage a team of 5 workforce planners across our key clients
Manager estimates /quotes as per client requests
Tracking and reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
