We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Officer to join our Divisional HR team based in Newcastle, NSW. Reporting to an HR Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to provide professional HR support across the human resource function in key areas including recruitment and on-boarding & organisational capability with a focus on recruiting our talent pipeline programs, HR systems maintenance and HRIS reporting and analytics. Your tasks include coordination of recruitment including candidate management, working with key stakeholders involving selection process and procedures; reporting including demographic & diversity, recruitment and performance management analytics, HR document and register control and general HR administration. You will have the opportunity to travel to all of our operational regions in the performance of your duties.
