You will act as a strategic sourcing partner to your hiring managers and be actively involved in shaping the efficiencies and systems to proactively create best practice in talent acquisition.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Partnering with Hiring Managers to comprehend their manpower plans for the future and utilise data and analytics to forecast future requirements
Tailor recruitment strategies to support the required portfolio
Creation of talent pipelines for current and future requirements
Comprehend the existing market conditions and trends to advise accordingly
Review and develop efficiencies within the talent acquisition process
Ensure that emphasis is placed upon ED&I
