Key Responsibilities :
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Efficiently manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
Address customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering accurate information and effective solutions.
Support the logistics team by processing orders and preparing relevant documentation.
Accurately maintain and update administrative records and databases.
Coordinate and monitor shipment schedules
