A full-time temporary Accounts Payable Officer is required to assist with workload now and through until February . About the Position As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will work in a team of two to maintain accurate records of all invoices, bills, and other financial obligations, and ensure that they are paid on time and in full.
Process invoices.
Maintain the prepayment schedule and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
Manage credit card, staff expense and travel expense coding and reconciliations.
Assist with vendor reconciliation statements.
Assist with reconciliation of bank statements.
Complete vendor credit applications.
Assist with processing weekly payment runs.
Set up new suppliers.
