Your new company A global sustainability company located in the Brisbane CBD is seeking a permanent IT Support Analyst to join their growing team. Working primarily onsite, this role will involve delivering technical support to internal stakeholders. Your new role
From performing a wide variety of troubleshooting, to providing outstanding service, some of your day-to-day duties will include:
Responding to and managing incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
Providing first/second level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
Assisting users with issues related to applications, systems, and equipment
Tracking and documenting support requests in the ticketing system
Working closely with the team to address complex issues and contribute to ongoing IT projects
Providing coverage on a rotating roster (9am-5pm and 11am-7pm) as well as being on call
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in the IT field and be motivated to grow with the company. Your key competencies will include:
Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field; or relevant experience
1-2 years of experience in an IT support role preferred
Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common Windows applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
