Duties
Assisting Catering Supervisor with all aspects of the catering department
Preparation of menu items for members and guests.
Stock Control & Ordering
Staff supervision
Knowledge of workplace health and safety compliance.
Benalla Bowls Club features a 130 seat bistro and functions room for up to 200 guests. The club has four bowling greens. The membership base is approximately 3000. The club is located near Lake Benalla and has picturesque views of the Botanical Gardens.
