Exel Workforce is recruiting for a motivated Warehouse Team Member to join a reputable team in the pump solutions and systems industry. Our client, a well-established family-owned business, has been operating since 1988, serving plumbers, builders, and consultants across various industries with manufacturing facilities in Melbourne and Corio, Victoria.
We’re seeking a reliable team player to help manage incoming parts and finished goods, maintain stock accuracy, prepare items for dispatch, and schedule orders to meet delivery timelines. This role involves regular cycle counting, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and customers.
• Manage inventory by receiving, storing, and recording items, conducting cycle counts, and keeping precise records.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and trolleys for loading and unloading.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to best practices in manufacturing and safety.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, or dispatch.
• Strong attention to detail with data accuracy and good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
• Proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to team goals.
• Valid Australian driver’s license and HRW license.
