· Clear understanding of ITIL Framework and hands on experience with ITSM (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira SM)
· Hands on experience with user management on AD. Clear concepts on DNS and DHCP.
· Experience of working with OEM's and coordinate support to end users.
· 3 Year experience on supporting Windows 10, Outlook, Teams/Zoom, Antivirus, Office, VPN, Oracle/SAP etc
· 1 year experience on User management on Azure AD/M365, basic admin on Sharepoint and Exchange online.
· 1 year support experience on Telephony/Collaboration solutions (Teams, Slack, 8x8, RingCentral) and ACD Solutions
