- Handle guest reservations and inquiries with precision and professionalism
- Maintain a positive, sales-driven approach through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Drive Accor's loyalty program by collaborating with front office and reservations teams to meet enrollment targets.
- Maximize occupancy and rates by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out experiences while prioritizing guest satisfaction
- Assist with inventory control and rate management to optimize hotel performance
- Operate phone systems efficiently and support with portering duties as needed
