We are looking for a Sales Admin Trainee to join our team and be at the heart of our sales and service departments. As a Sales Admin Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to provide essential administrative support, place stationary orders for the office, and even help organize travel for our awesome team. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and energetic individual looking to dive into the world of sales administration, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Specific tasks include:

  • Engage with our clients and team members by providing exceptional phone support and customer service
  • Coordinate and curate memorable staff events, including catering
  • Facilitate and streamline administrative operations for the Sales & Service departments
  • Procure essential office and workshop supplies to keep things running smoothly
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation to ensure seamless travel arrangements
  • Verify and process expense claims with precision and attention to detail
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on travel and expense claim procedures
  • Efficiently organize and archive delivery dockets and invoices on a daily basis
  • Utilize Unified Inbox to promptly approve invoices
  • Manage EFTPOS transactions for the Sales and Service departments
  • Ensure a well-stocked inventory of office supplies to support daily operations
