About the Opportunity

Our client is one of the world’s largest global coffee brands - Nespresso. As they continue to grow, so does the need for innovative and results driven people.

As the National Program Manager, you will be responsible for building strong foundations with key stakeholders to foster a win-win outcome. While leading a field team you will drive Best in Class Planning and Execution of the client program, superior client service, on-going evolution of processes, capability and efficiencies in line with client and retail requirements.

As the strategic lead you will provide direction to the field team, making informed decisions that will develop and improve retail activations. This expertise will be drawn from an extensive knowledge of the FMCG market and client service management.

This role suits someone who can juggle conflicting priorities and meet client deadlines while leading the team with a tenacious and adaptable attitude to anticipate both our business and the client’s needs.

About You

We are looking for someone who knows how to communicate and engage with people at any level. Someone who is eager to take on a challenge and who is hungry to learn.

You will already have proven experience as an Account/Client Service Executive or as a Field Team Leader looking to step up into a National role.

Our ideal candidate will also possess:

  • Previous experience in a retail management and /or senior field marketing environment
  • Ability to influence & negotiate
  • Excellent time management/organisational skills
  • Prior experience in account service or related industry
  • Field experience and a solid understanding of field management activities
  • Advanced computer skills (excel, word, etc) and Internet Access
  • Tertiary qualifications preferred but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic & enthusiastic

About the Role

The National Program Manager will lead client service and manage the field and operations teams and be primarily responsible in ensuring Best in Class Planning and performance across all client programs, through superior client service, on-going evolution of processes, capability and efficiencies in line with client and retail requirements. This role also encompasses:

  • Planning and process management
  • Program delivery
  • Project management
  • Finance
  • Team leadership
