Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating a welcoming and efficient office environment? We are looking for a skilled Office Administrator & Receptionist to join our client's team on-site, providing essential administrative support and reception coverage. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, playing a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting various events and meetings.
This role offers a consistent, structured schedule, Monday through Friday, with start times between 08:00 and 09:00 and finish times between 16:00 and 17:00.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft correspondence, manage email inboxes, and handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring seamless office operations.
Serve as the first point of contact, answering and directing inquiries via phone, email, MS Teams, and face-to-face.
