Our client is seeking a permanent Administration Officer to become an integral part of their team. This role is essential for providing high-quality administrative support and ensuring efficient operations within the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and team members.
Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate contacts.
Communicating with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and provide solutions.
Supporting the logistics team with order processing and documentation.
Keeping accurate records and managing databases for various administrative functions.
Assisting in the coordination of shipment schedules and logistics tasks.
Performing general administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
