Corestaff are currently seeking a Leading hand for our valued partner located in Bayswater. This role will be responsible for leading a team of 10 people in the production of steel conveyor frames. The coordinator will ensure that production runs smoothly to ensure delivery of quality product on time in a safe manner.
The successful candidate will be hand on, ideally seeking growth into a supervisor role.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Allocating tasks to team members based on skills and workload
Prioritising tasks to ensure timely completion of high priority orders
Monitor inventory levels and organise transport of raw materials
Ensure team are operating in a safe manner
Provide training and guidance to team members
Oversee quality control processes
