Job Description : A Head Stockman is required for an immediate start on our clients largest breeding operation in their portfolio. Covering more than 600,000 hectares, running approximately 50,000 head of breeders this is an opportunity for an experienced Head Stockman to take their career to the next level. Leading a team of around 12 people, strong leadership skills and understanding of a large operation are essential. You will be ensuring the efficient running of day to day cattle management and reporting directly to the Station Manager and Assistant Manager. If you feel this role could suit your ability you will need:
A comprehensive understanding of the requirements of a pastoral breeding cattle operation
Excellent mustering,low stress stock handling and weaner education skills
