Hiring Hairdresser and barbers
Full time permanent position (38 hours per week)
Aldo’s barbershop is seeking a skilled and experienced hairdresser/barber to join our team. If you have a passion for the art of hairdressing and barbering, excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a strong attention to detail then this job is for you.
What you'll be doing
• Delivering expert haircutting, styling, and shaving services to male clients
• Ensuring a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere in the barbershop
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the workspace
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
• Providing hair cut services using various tools.
• Staying up to date with the latest trends and techniques in men's grooming
• Giving guidance on hairstyles, hair care & products.
• Shampooing and washing hair.
What we're looking for
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a professional barber or hairdresser
• Diploma in Salon Management
• Certificate 3 in hairdressing and barbering
• Expertise in classic and modern haircutting, styling, and wet shaving techniques
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience
• Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of grooming
• Enthusiasm for the hair and beauty industry and a passion for your craft
