Job Description
Lead and drive the sales team to achieve equipment sales and rental revenue targets, meeting 100% of annual budget goals.
Ensure 100% completion of individual KPIs to maintain high performance standards.
Prepare and distribute weekly performance reports, tracking sales against budget, with reports due by the first day of each new week.
Promote strong inter-branch and departmental collaboration, fostering a positive work environment and reducing conflict.
Conduct annual reviews, incorporating regional and branch feedback to assess relationship quality.
Represent TRHC professionally, adhering to company objectives, policies, and WH&S compliance standards.
