About the role
Our client is seeking a skilled professional to be the welcoming face of their office and provide essential administrative support to their team. You will be required in the office full time Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors, maintaining a professional reception area
Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communication effectively
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Assist with document management, data entry, and general office tasks
Provide basic administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements
Professiional presentation
Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrator within the accounting industry
Strong organisational and communication abilities with a keen attention to detail
Approachable, and client-focused, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Must have full working rights in Australia
