Provide face-to-face (homes, schools, community centres) or Telehealth services to our participants
Regular multidisciplinary meetings with other disciplines to optimise holistic care and multidisciplinary goal setting for participants.
Complete relevant non-face-to-face work, including writing progress notes, resource preparation and report writing.
Support from OT colleagues that provide experience in remote service, technology prescription, paediatric home
