About the role
Mater Health is seeking a Clinical Director of Anaesthesia to join Mater Hospital Brisbane. Reporting to the Director of Critical Care Services, this role will focus on effective leadership, strategic development, and management for the Department of Anaesthetics.
This role leads the anaesthetics clinical department, with responsibilities encompassing all domains of the quadruple aim outcomes, stewardship, consumer experience and Mater People. This role is both a clinical leader to the team, but also collaborates with other Mater leaders, and is Maters reference point for matters of policy, practice, outcomes, and risk in the clinical speciality across all Mater Hospitals.
