As a Sales Representative for BosAg Rural, you will be responsible for selling the company's products and services to the customers in your assigned territory. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Researching and generating leads
- Building relationships with potential and existing customers
- Presenting product/service information to customers
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales
- Working with warehousing team to maintain knowledge of stock availability and inventory
- Monitoring sales trends and opportunities
- Post-sales follow up and client satisfaction surveys
- Maintaining sales records and reporting to management
You will work closely with the other sales team members and leaders to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Multiple positions are available - locations include Armidale NSW and Dubbo NSW
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in agricultural, industrial, or construction products and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to quickly obtain technical knowledge about the products/services available
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory on a planned monthly sales cycle, noting that many of our clients are based in regional Australia
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for client meetings or events
- Full Driver’s License
Remuneration:
- AUD 70,000 to 75,000 annual salary + Superannuation
- Annual salary review
