As a Sales Representative reporting to the General Manager of Business Development and Sales at GuardWare, you will be a fundamental part of the GuardWare Team
This role is full time with workload and hours are in accordance with Fair Work requirements.
Your work requirements will include:
Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:
Work with existing clients to upsell and add on-sell products.
Have clearly defined leads provided.
Contact leads and host sales presentations over video.
Respond effectively to client requests.
Work with the team to prepare proposals and quotes.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Meet with clients to understand their evolving needs.
Support existing and potential clients.
Most of your sales demonstrations will be done via video, so experience in presenting online will be a big help.
We are looking for the following skills:
Experience selling software or apps is required.
Understanding the cyber software or similar regulated industry would also be an asset but not a must.
B2B Sales Experience.
Experience presenting and selling over video or face to face.
Negotiation and strong communication skills.
Ability to qualify customers.
Ability to prioritise, manage time and organise tasks.
Have a positive and collaborative attitude.
Experience working with a market CRM.
Salary includes base salary, superannuation and commission based on KPIs.
