This role will assume responsibility for the efficient and effective servicing, of our extensive range of hire equipment and machinery, ensuring exceptional customer service and a high standard of safety at all times. Tasks & Duties:
· Efficiently and safely service and maintain the diverse range of hire equipment at the branch following accepted trade practices standards and according to the Silver Service Maintenance program.
· Undertake fault finding and diagnostics across a variety of equipment.
· Conduct compliance inspections on equipment following standards and ensuring safety.
· Assist in maintaining correct levels and stock of spare parts; identify required parts online and on manuals and order as required.
· Effectively liaise and interact with customers in handing over equipment and showing how to operate it; obtain feedback from customers when equipment is returned; ensure high standards of customer service and interaction.
· Keep customers notified and up to date in relation to their equipment service requirements
Professional Experience

· Exceptional customer service skills
· Mechanical experience in petrol and diesel
· Hydraulics
· intermediate level of computer skills
· Ability to work independently & as part of a team

· Current drivers & forklift licence (desirable)

· Experience with equipment hire product range
